Refund and Returns Policy

At Happy Me, we are committed to ensuring a positive, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for every customer — whether you are purchasing a single handmade item or placing a large wholesale order for international delivery. Each of our products is crafted with care, which means that small variations in color, pattern, or texture may naturally occur and are considered part of the unique charm of handmade work. Refund or return requests are accepted within 14 days from the moment you receive your order, and all items must be returned unused, undamaged, securely packaged, and in the same condition in which they were originally delivered.
For international customers, we ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country, seasonal postal load, or customs processing speed. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees applied upon arrival are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Please note that delays caused by customs inspections, international transit, or local postal services cannot be considered grounds for automatic refunds, as these logistics processes are beyond our control; however, we always do our best to support you with tracking updates and communication.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours after delivery — and include clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label. This helps us evaluate the situation quickly and offer the best solution: either a free replacement of the affected item or a full refund. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout and are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The review and refund procedure typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on bank processing times. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
For wholesale clients, additional policies apply. Large batches may include minor variations in shade or pattern, which are fully normal for handcrafted items and do not qualify as defects. Returns or refunds for wholesale orders are available only for items that are clearly damaged, incorrectly produced, or broken during transit. In such cases, we may offer replacements, partial compensation, or other solutions depending on the scale of the issue. To protect your shipment, we strongly recommend recording the unboxing process for any large delivery — this greatly simplifies and speeds up insurance claims or replacements.
Certain items cannot be refunded under any circumstances: custom-made or personalized designs, goods damaged due to improper use or storage, and packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it — after that, we may already begin production or prepare the shipment, making cancellation impossible.
To request a refund or start a return process, simply contact us via support@happy-me.xyz and include your full name, order number, and a short but clear description of the issue. You may also attach photos or screenshots to speed up the review. Our support team replies within 24–48 hours and carefully guides you through the next steps.
